Every strategy implementation comes with a certain degree of change. At Rubidia, we are fascinated by the power of corporate culture, because it can stop change or accelerate it. Culture is shaped at the top of the company, by its leadership. It’s intangible, powerful, and it appears in behaviors, rituals and procedures. It’s what people do when nobody is looking. We believe success in change management depends on addressing company culture and we therefore always look at both: culture + change.
